Chaperones & Parents
High school teachers, counselors, staff, and parents are welcome to attend as chaperones. All prospective chaperones must complete an application and pass a background check.
We may be unable to accommodate all chaperone applicants due to space limitations.
Transportation
Participants are provided with transportation to and from the conference at no cost. CASHE charters buses from key regions across the state.
For CASHE 2025, we anticipate pick-up locations in:
- Northwest Washington (e.g., Everett, Mount Vernon, or Bellingham area)
- Southwest Washington (e.g., Vancouver/Kelso area)
- Central Washington (e.g., Yakima or Wenatchee area)
- Eastern Washington (e.g., Spokane area)
Final routes will be based on where students apply from. If you're unsure whether transportation will be available from your area, apply anyway and invite friends to apply too. The more interest we receive from your region, the greater the chance we can add a stop nearby.
Food & Lodging
All meals and lodging will be provided for student participants throughout the weekend.
Accessibility & Accommodations
We are committed to making CASHE a welcoming and inclusive experience for all participants. If you have accessibility needs, such as dietary restrictions, mobility assistance, or other support, you can indicate that in your application.
